略论城市地下空间的开发度

On the Development Degree of Urban Underground Sapce

城市地下空间具有巨大的开发潜力。城市地下空间开发的基本目的是利用地下建筑空间完善城市功能,改善城市环境质量。为合理控制开发规模并提高开发质量,提出了城市地下空间开发度的概念,并简述影响开发度的因素及合理确定开发度的基本原则。

There is a huge development potential in urban underground space . The basic purpose of urban underground space development in China is to strengthen urban functions and to improve urban environments by using underground space. In order to control development scale and improve development quality, this paper puts forward the development degree of urban underground space and expounds the influencing factors of the development degree.
