摘要
根据某砖混结构教学楼加层加固工程实例,在加层加固之前对原建筑进行现场检测及计算分析,在此基础上,以加层后结构新增荷载的情况和检测所得结构主要承重构件的强度为依据,在确保该建筑结构的安全性作为最重要指标的前提下,对该教学楼进行了加固方案设计,提出对该砖混结构教学楼进行加层加固的方法与具体技术措施。本研究将工程现场实测、试验、加固方案研究紧密结合,对类似工程有较强的参考价值。
Taking strengthening the adding story of teaching building with masonry structure as an engineering example. Before the reinforcement, we study of the original building in construction-site detecting and analyzing. On this basis, take the situation of increasing load and the strength of the main load-beating structural as a basis, to ensure the safety of the building as the most important indicators of the premise, we designed the reinforce program for the teaching building. We Propose the methods and the specific technical measures to reinforce adding story of the brick structure teaching building. The article take the construction site measured, testing, reinforce program in close connection, so it is have a strong reference value and have a use for reference to other similar projects.
