摘要
桥梁全寿命周期费用分析的一个关键参数是折现率。采用定性与定量分析方法,分析折现率与社会折现率和物价波动水平三者之间的关系和规律,确定我国桥梁全寿命周期成本折现率中:社会折现率在7%~4%范围内按递减规律分阶段取值.PPI(生产者价格指数)年变化率在5%~1%范围内按递减规律分阶段取值。在此基础上,建议未来100年及以后我国桥梁全寿命周期成本折现率的取值,前60年取2%,60年后取3%。
Discount rate is an important parameter for analyzing bridge life-cycle cost (BLCC). The relationship among discount rate, social discount rate and the fluctuation of price is analyzed by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The social discount rate chosen from seven percent to four percent and the producer price index chosen from five percent to one percent are advised, according to the degressive rule and synchronously choosing when calculating the discount rate of BLCC in China. On the basis of these, the discount rate of BLCC in China is suggested to adopt two percent in front 60 years and three percent after 60 years.
