摘要
本文以海尔企业文化为案例研究对象.探讨企业文化从外显物向象征物转化的过程以及作用机制。本研究从动态文化学视角出发,分析本案例公司文化形成的内在机理,探讨组织文化中的象征化过程。本文认为通过外显、象征化过程、象征这些环节,组织领导者能够在组织目标和个人目标之间找到结合点。本文所探讨的企业文化象征化过程的原理和机制对我国企业建设组织文化有重要参考价值。
This paper studied the corporate culture in Haire, exploring the process and mechanism of transferring artifacts into symbols in the corporate culture. Using the example of Haire, the researcher analyzed how the corporate culture is formed, discussed the symbolizing process of the corporate culture. The analysis and discussion was based on the cultural dynamics perspective. It concluded that organizational leaders can possibly find the shared areas among organizational objectives and employees' objectives by resorting to the knowledge of artifacts, symbols and symbolizing. The conclusion reached is useful to corporate culture construction in business organizations in China.
