摘要
联泰以供应链集成服务而非挤占上下游的战略定位取得了拓展业务和改善上下游关系的协同效果,并以自己的成功实践向世人展示了中国OEM可以实现的中间地位优势、多收入来源优势与精敏供应链整体优势。可以借鉴的一般范式是,以集成服务实行由一般OEM企业向核心企业的转变,OEM负责配送到店,多主体协同进行产品设计。
Luen Thai got the coordination effect both operation development and upstream--downstream relationship improvement, by the strategic location of supply chain integrated services, not occupying the upstream and downstream. By own success ,Luen Thai demonstrated to the common people that Chinese OEM can realize some superiority, such as mid--position superiority, multi--source of income superiority and overall superiority of leagile supply chain. The general model of reference is. transforming general OEM corporate to core corporate by integrated services, being responsible to product delivery from factory to store by OEM, designing product by multi--agent coordination.
