摘要
中国式管理问题,是近年来学术界研究的热点。从中华民族五千年历史文化挖掘中产生的种种管理创新理论层出不穷,但对于究竟什么是中国式管理,各执一言,一时尚未能形成一个系统的理论体系。本文认为,要进行有中国特色管理科学的创新发展,首先必须明确有中国特色的管理理念。因为,管理首先是一种理念,一定的管理理念是特定管理的指南或灵魂。我国古代的和合思想就是在特定的历史条件下形成的历史精华,由中国传统文化生成的和合理念,是中国传统管理的精神支柱,也是今天我们创新发展中国式管理的指南和灵魂。
Chinese-style management is a hot issue of academic research in recent years, various discussions of innovation management theory excavated from 5,000 years of Chinese history and culture are endless, so far the Chinese--style management has not form a theoretical system. The study concluded that innovation development of management science with Chinese characteristics should be made out on the base of clear management ideas with Chinese characteristics. As we know management firstly is an idea, management idea is the guideline, or the soul of a specific management. Ancient China's He--he idea is the historical essence in the specific historical conditions. The concept of He--he idea that generated by the traditional Chinese culture, is the spiritual pillar of Chinese traditional management, also the guidelines and soul of development of Chinese-style managernont today.
