摘要
本文分析总结了16例主动脉窦瘤的临床特点,1例右冠窦瘤破裂伴双腔右室、主动脉瓣关闭不全、室间隔缺损国内未见报告。讨论了心电图、X线、右心导管、升主动脉造影,超声心动图及脉冲多普勒心动图对诊断本病的价值。探讨了可能提示本病的线索。减少误诊的关键是临床医生不要满足于单一先心病诊断而忽视了查找其他畸形及该病的存在。
The clinical records of 16 cases of valsalva sinus aneurysm were reviewed. One right coronery sinus aneurysm with double cavity of right ventricle, aortic regurgitation and ventricular septal defect was reported firstly in China. The value of Chest X-ray、ECG、Doppler echocardiogram and aortography in diagnosis of the disease was discussed. Possible clues to the disease Diagnosis was studied. The key of decreasing misdiagnosis is that clini-cian should not be satisfied with siegle diagnosis of congenital heart disease, and neglect this disease and other deformities
