HPLC法同时测定复方乙胺嘧啶片中两组分的含量

Simultaneous Determination the Contents of Pyrimethamine and Dapsone in Compound Pyrimethamine Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方乙胺嘧啶片中两组分含量。方法:色谱柱Water C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇·水·三乙胺(40:55:5)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长272nm。结果:乙胺嘧啶和氨苯砜的线性范围分别为6.4～22.6μg·ml^(-1)(r= 0.9999)和32.4～113.6μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为97.0%(RSD=0.9%)和100.3%(RSD=03%)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确可靠,适用于产品的含量测定。

objective：To establish a HPLC methnd for simultaneous determination the contents of pyrimethamine and dapsone in compound pyrimethmnine tablets Method：the water CI8 column（250mm×4.6mm×5μm） was used, the mobile phase was the methanol-water-triethylamine （40：55：5）, the flow rate was 10ml·min^-1,the deteclion wavelength was 272mm. Result：the linear ranges of pyrimethamine and dapsone were at 6.4-22.6μg·ml^-1 （r=0.9999） and 32.4-113.6μg·ml^-1 （r=0.9999）, the average recoveries （n=5） were 97.0% and 100.3% with RSD 0.9% and 0.3%, respeetively conclusion：the method is simple, rapid, specific and reliable, it is suitable for quality control of comoound pyrimethamine tablets.
