HPLC法测定仙灵止渴丸中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination Of Icariim In Xianlingzhike Pills by HPLC

目的:建立仙灵止渴丸中淫羊藿苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用AgilentEchpseXDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈:水:醋酸(30:70:0.5)为流动相,检测波长:270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在40.2～301.2μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.23%。结论:方法简便、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于仙灵止渴丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish an HPLC method for determination of icariim in Xianlingzhike pills.METHODS： Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-acetic acid （30：70：0.5）,the detection wavelength was at 270nm. RESULTS：The linear ranges of icariim was 40.2-301.2μg· ml^-1 （r=0.999 7 ）.The average recovery was 99.8%（RSD=0.23%,n=6）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xianlingzhike pills .
