摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC_(18)柱;(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)以乙腈-0.002%磷酸(47:53)为流动相;检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.08～0.8μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.3%。结论:方法简便易行、准确、重复性好,可用于小儿肺热咳喘口服液的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the content of baicalin in xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral liquid Method：Diamonsil C18 column （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） was used, the acefonifrie-0.002% phosphoric acid solution （47：53）as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 280mm.Result：the linear rnge of baiclin was 0.08～0.80μg （r=0. 9998）,the average recovery was 99.6%（RSD=0.3%）.conclusion：the method is simple and accurate,it can he used for Quality control of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral liquid.
