摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定羚羊感冒片中绿原酸的含量。方法:DiamonsilC_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱;甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(18:85:1:0.3)为流动相;流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:324nm。结果:线性范围:6.9～76μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为100.0%;RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lingyang Ganmao tablets Method Diamonsil Clscolumn （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used, the methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylaminc （18：85：1：0.3） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 the detection wavelength was 324nm.Result：The linear range of chlorogenie acid was 6.9～76μg· ml^-1 （r=-0.9999）,the average recovery was 100.0%,RSD=1.6%（n=9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and reliable, it is suitable for the quality control of Lingyang Ganmao tablets.
