摘要
目的:研究1-(2-甲酰氧乙基)-5-甲酰胺基吡唑的合成方法。方法:以氯乙醇和水合肼为原料,经5步反应合成出硫酸头孢噻利关键中间体1-(2-甲酰氧乙基)-5-甲酰胺基吡唑。结果:总收率为33.7%。结论:本法操作简便,适合工业化生产。
Objective To study the synthesis of 5-Formamido-l-(2-formyloxyethyl)pyrazole Method 5-Formamido-l-(2-formy- loxyethyl)pyrazole, an intermediate of cefoselis sulfate was synthesized from 2-chloroethanol and hydrazine hydrate through 5-steps. Results Overall yield was 33.7%. Conclusion This method was simple and suitable for industrialized production.
