Treatment of Highway Soft Foundation by Piles of Mixing Lime,Ash & Soil

二灰土桩加固软弱地基有其独特的优点。用于高等级公路软基加固具有理想的桩周土挤密作用和置换加筋作用，形成坚实的硬壳持力层。现场实测结果表明，与未经处理的软基相比，１５年中能减少地基总沉降３３％，减少工后沉降约８３％，从而满足了工程要求，具有较大的经济效益。

Piles of mixing lime,ash and soil have unique advantages for treating soft foundation.Such piles as used in high grade highway for solidifying soft foundation have ideal action of densifying soils around piles and function of replacing reinforcement,so that a solid crust bearing layer can be formed.In situ test results showed that the foundation limit settlement and working settlement in 15 years were reduced 33% and 83% respectively in comparison with the untreated so as to satisfy the engineering requirements.
