Hierarchical Fuzzy Control for Urban Traffic Trunk Roads

用递阶结构和模糊理论来解决交通干线的实时协调控制问题。仿真研究表明本文提出的方法能够有效地缩小排队长度，从而达到减少车辆延误的目的。

This paper uses the hierarchical structure and fuzzy theory to solve the real time coordination control problems of traffic trunk roads.Emulation study shows that the method put forward by the paper can shorten effectively the queueing length,so as to reach the purpose of decreasing vehicle delay.
