摘要
论述上海加快发展电动车的紧迫性和有利条件,对加速发展电动车的关键部件和整车开发,加强上海市对电动车产业发展的领导等方面也作了分析。
Necessity and favourable conditions for speeding up the development of EV in Shanghai is discussed in this paper.The Development of EV's key parts and complete vehicle and strengthen the leadership of government to EV industry in Shanghai is ana- lyzed.
