摘要
火电厂汽轮机内湿蒸汽的存在对汽轮机经济、安全、可靠运行造成了严重的影响。以汽轮机内蒸汽湿度的准确测量为目的,设计了以微处理器MSP430为处理核心的测量系统,包括自动频率跟踪系统和等精度频率测量系统。自动频率跟踪系统的跟踪频率达到2.44 kHz,等精度频率测量系统在标准频率为10 MHz时,分辨率可达到10-7,通过仿真验证,这两部分的设计能够使湿蒸汽测量的精度达到0.4%,甚至更小,证明方案具有可行性,满足系统需要。
The existence of wetness in steam turbine has badly effect steam turbine to run in economically, security and reliably. For measuring the wetness of steam in a turbine perfectly, the control system that used MSP430 as the processing core is designed, including the automatic frequency tracing system and equal precision measurement system. The automatic frequency tracing system can track the resonant frequency well and get to 2.44 kHz, while the equal precision measurement system, it's resolution ratio can get to 10^-7 at the frequency of 10 MHz. Through the simulation, these two designed parts can made the accuracy of wetness get to 0. 4% or even small, proved the feasibility of the programmer and satisfied the requirement of wetness measurement system.
