火电厂风机网络化测控仪表的研发

摘要 本文是基于火电厂DCS系统监控风机时风机参数存在不及时、不准确且有效半径短的不足而提出了用嵌入式Internet技术来解决此问题的技术路线。此技术路线包括:把精简的TCP/IP协议嵌入到单片机中;把JavaScript编写的Web动态网页嵌入到单片机中;用可控硅和光电隔离技术解决6 kV风机启停问题。在此基础上,本仪表把风机的运行参数实时、准确的传到了客户端浏览器,而且当风机参数达到停运值时,可以通过Internet发送停运命令,从而达到了监控风机的目的。 Because of withouting timely, accurate and effective radius short issues on monitoring Fan through DCS systems in Power Plants, the article put forward to uses the way of embedded Internet technology to solve them. The technology include: firstly,reduced TCP/IP protocol is embedded in SCM; secondary, web dynamic page is bedded in SCM;third, problem of starting or stopping of 6KV FAN is solved by SCR isolation and photoelectric technology. Based on this, the Instrument can nicety transfer data of FAN in operation on time to the Browser of Client, and when parameters of running FAN get to limit value, stopping command can be send through Internet so as to accomplish the goal of monitoring FAN.
