摘要
针对岸船间使用E1数字话音中继时出现接通率低的问题,通过启用信令跟踪功能,找出问题出现的原因是接通时延大,引起超时中断所致。从N0.1(MPC)的信令特征、信令配合出发,对问题产生的机理进行了分析,通过测试分析N0.1(MPC)、NO.1(MFP)和NO.7在岸船间E1数字话音应用的情况,选择NO.1(MFP)作为岸船间E1数字话音的信令方式,圆满解决了该问题。
This paper aims at the decrease of turn-on rate when using E1 digital voice trunk. It is found out that the cause is the interrupt due to high turn-on delay through signaling tracking. The mechanism is analyzed based on the SS1 signaling features. After analysis of the delay and bandwidth of each signaling, we select SSI as the signaling for ship-shore E1 digital voice trunk.
