摘要
TA15钛合金钨极氩弧焊焊缝、热影响区、母材的微观组织差别明显,晶粒尺寸依次减小。焊接件的疲劳试验结果分析表明,热影响区是焊接接头的薄弱部位,疲劳裂纹大多萌生于焊接热影响区区域。疲劳破坏试样断口的SEM(scanning electron microscope)分析表明疲劳裂纹大多起源于焊接热影响区的气孔处。
Weld zone and heat affected zone(HAZ) and base metal of TA15 argon tungsten-am welded(ATW) joint have different micmstructures. Grain sizes are decreased in turn. Welded specimens fatigue test restdt indicate that HAZ was the weak position. Fatigue crack mostly initiate from HAZ. SEM(scanning electron microscope) analysis of fatigue wrecked specimens indicate that most fatigue crack initiate from the pore of HAZ.
