Putting mental and political work into effect at grass-roots level is the basic experience for the Party to launch mental and political work as well as the objective demand in new situation. At present, enterprise reform needs to tackle a thorny problem, deep-level conflicts and problems in grass-roots organizations increasingly arise and the staff＇s benefit demands and mental ideas tend to be diversified. Only keeping pace with development, continuously probing into new work methods, innovating mental and political work content and creating new atmosphere of mental and political work can make grass- roots mental and political work full of life and serve econornic construction better.
