浅谈基层党建思想政治工作与生产经营管理的结合

党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强企业基层党建思想政治工作并与生产经营管理相结合,既是企业上级党委的工作要求,也是基层党务工作的目标。基层党建思想政治工作在与生产经营管理结合的过程中,应找好三个结合点:1、抓住基层领导班子和单位骨干的合力点;2、找准基层党组织工作的切入点、研究基层党组织工作载体的创新点。
