摘要
部分国有企业人才流失现象严重,对企业的持续发展造成了一定的影响。究其原因,一是追求个人价值体现和发展空间,使人才产生外流冲动,二是部分企业用人机制制约了人才的脱颖而出,使人才看不清发展前景,从而外流;三是对企业的发展目标缺乏认同,人才在企业内不能找准自己的定位,久之,遂产生去意。要吸引和留住人才,就必须树立科学的人力资源管理理念,建立能充分体现人才价值的薪酬制度并营造良好的企业文化氛围。
Talents in some state-owned enterprises outflow seriously, which influences sustainable enterprise development to a certain extent. The author holds that there are three reasns for it. One is that talents pursue individual value and growth room, one is that personnel mechanism restricts talents from coming to the fore, and the other is that talents lack approving enterprise growth goal and can not position themselves in enterprises. To attract and keep talents, the author advocates establishing scientific human resources management concept, building salary system embodying talent value fully and creating good enterprise cultural atmosphere.
