提出一种资源共享型的汽车备件管理模式,结合一个案例对此模式进行了介绍。并对该模式的优点及运作中存在的问题进行了分析。
The paper proposes a resource sharing-based auto spare parts management mode, introduces the mode combining with a case and analyzes the advantages and problems of the mode in the operation.
