摘要
以太网通信在变电站综合自动化系统中有明显的优点,但是由于成本高,在较低电压等级推广困难。因此文章给出了基于ColdFire的解决方案,以降低以太网模块成本。首先,在介绍COLDFIRE芯片的基础上给出模块的硬件设计。然后在分析ColdFire TCP/IP协议栈结构的同时,设计出应用程序接口。最后结合扩展103规约分析电力系统高压测控装置通信模块功能,给出模块的应用程序流程图。经测试该设计方案符合变电站综合自动化运行要求,目前基于该方案的测控装置已经投入工程化应用。
Ethernet has outstanding ability in substation automation application. But it is too expansive to be popularized in lower voltage. A scheme based on ColdFire is provided to reduce cost of the block. Firstly a hardware function frame using ColdFire chip is presented. And then by analysing the structure of the ColdFire TCP/IP stack, the interface of application is designed. Finally based on interpreting function of the Ethernet block and integrating with the extended IEC60870-5-103 protocol, a flow chart of the communication block is given. After carefully testing, the article draws a conclusion that the block can meet the request of the integrative substation automation. Now this scheme has been used in the project.
