摘要
概述了酶免疫分析法的基本原理及方法,详述了其在果蔬安全检测中的应用,并对该方法的发展趋势及其在果蔬质量安全中的应用前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the principle and methods of enzyme immunoassay （EIA） were introduced briefly, the application of EIA in detection of fruits and vegetables were commented in details. And the development of EIA and its prospect used in the control of quality and safety for fruits and vegetables were also promoted forward.
