Analysis of Causative Factors of Death from Meconium Peritonitis in Neonatal

胎粪性腹膜炎是新生儿期常见的急腹症。病情严重,死亡率高。本文通过我科28年来收治的52例患儿,对提高诊治水平的若干问题,进行了讨论。

Meconium peritonitis was a common emergency disease in neonatal period. Fifty-two ca-ses admitted in the past 28 years were reviewed. The rates of misdiagnosis and death were suprisingly high. The causative factors of death were analysed. Several methods of tre-atment were compared Intestinal anastomosis for abstruction and drainage for an infected loculus were all that was necessary.
