日本中等职业教育与高等教育衔接模式的启示——以“对口升学”培养模式为中心

日本的中等职业教育与高等职业教育的培养目标的衔接方式，主要采用“对口升学”培养模式。这一模式不仅完善了职业教育体系，推动中等职业教育本身的发展，而且还有利于进一步推动高等职业教育的发展。这对于我们充分利用现有条件，大力实施“对口招生”等人才培养模式，促使中等职业教育学校与高等职业教育学校的衔接，使我国高等教育飞速发展有很大启示。

The convergence of Japan＇s medium vocational education and higher vocational education training objectives mainly adopts to＂ counterparts education＂ training mode. This model can not only improve the vocational education system, but also promote the development of higher vocational education. In the future, we will make full use of the existing conditions, vigorously implement the ＂ enrollment counterparts＂ and other personnel training modes, and help the convergence of education schools and higher vocational education schools to speed up chinese higher education rapidly.
