国家科技部提出2012年新能源汽车产量占总产量10%,但目前还没有完善的可操作性配套政策。未对研发、生产、销售、消费、维修等各个环节提出连续一贯的鼓励和优惠。
National Science and Technology Ministry has proposed that the production of new energy vehicles account for the total production volume by 10% in 2012, however, we haven＇ t any available match- ing policies so far. That is to say, R＆D, production, sales and consumption can＇ t get successive encouraging and preferential policy.
