日、美、欧发达国家已对混合动力车和低油耗车提出了优惠政策,我国尚未制订对新能源车减税和扶植优惠政策。
Developed counties like Japan, U.S. and European countries, have put forward preferential policies for HEV and low fuel-consumption vehicles. Nevertheless, China hasn＇ t brought out any policies for tax-relief or fostering new energy vehicles.
