民间组织与乡村图书馆

Non-Governmental Organizations and Rural Libraries

回顾乡村图书馆的发展历程,以知识分子为主体的民间组织一直参与其中,已成为这个舞台上极为活跃的重要力量。民间组织参与乡村图书馆建设的模式各不相同,但也存在着一些共性的问题亟待解决,如身份模糊、宣传不足、管理松散等等。然而,要探索出一条民间组织参与乡村图书馆建设的有效途径,需要更好地挖掘、整合公益资源,积极有序地与政府合作,对于自身的正确定位和多方面的努力与付出。

Reviewing the development of the rural library, non-governmental organizations have been the important force involving in the development. Although these NGOs participate in the library development with different models, there are some common issues to be resolved, such as the vague identity, inadequate propaganda, loose management and so on. However, in order to explore an effective way for the non-governmental organizations participating in the rural library, it＇s necessary to well dig and integrate the public resources, cooperate with the government actively and ordedy, and make more efforts for correct self-positioning.
