高校图书馆电子资源利用现状调查研究——以嘉兴学院图书馆为例

Survey on the Utilization of Electronic Resources in University Libraries——Taking the Library of Jiaxing University as an Example

基于问卷调查法分析嘉兴学院图书馆部分师生利用图书馆电子资源的状况,电子资源内容丰富、时效性强的特点已深入人心,对用户的学习、科研工作等帮助也很大,因此,用户对电子资源普遍持赞成态度。但也存在电子资源利用率低,用户参与电子资源建设的热情不高,外文数据库的使用率明显低于中文数据库,用户对图书馆的硬件设施、相关服务工作等方面满意度不高等问题。为此,高校图书馆应该加强电子资源建设,优化图书馆资源结构、创新服务模式,构建信息共享中心以及开展图书馆信息资源营销,提升信息服务质量。

Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the utilization of electronic resources in the Library of JiaXing University, summarizes the problem of the electronic resources development of the library, and then points out several suggestions on improving the utilization rate of electronic resources. The university library should strengthen the electronic resources development, optimize the resources structure, create new service model, construct the information commons center, and market information resources of the library, improve the quality of information service.
