对开架图书剔旧工作的思考

开架图书剔旧标准制定的不合理与按年代划分进行开架图书剔旧移库工作,影响了开架馆藏的布局,制约了读者的借阅需求,加重了架位调整的工作量,使图书馆读者服务工作的水平和质量受到影响。浙江图书馆从分析出版热点、流通借阅量、读者层次和意见出发,在工作实践中摸索出一些有针对性的措施:闭架借阅和开架借阅必须紧密协调;文献采购调研工作必须做在前面;加强文献资源的共享等,值得借鉴。

In the work of the elimination of the obsolete open-shelf books, the unreasonableness of the standard setting and the implementation according to dates dividing affects the layout of the open-shelf collection, restrict the loan demand of readers and increase the workload of the shelf adjustment, so that the library service level and quality are affected. Zhejiang Library explores a number of specific measures in the practical work from analyzing the hot spots of publication, the number of the borrowing, and the level and views of readers： closed-shelf borrowing and open-shelf borrowing should be closely coordinated; the purchase research on literature should be done first; the sharing of literature resources should be strengthened.
