摘要
构建一个高效的物流系统有助于图书馆提升服务能力、打造核心竞争力。根据现代物流管理理论和图书馆实际,图书馆物流系统规划的目标在于降低成本、减少资本、改进服务。在具体的图书馆物流系统规划环节中,重点要解决4个方面的问题:读者服务目标、设施选址规划、库存规划和运输规划。
Building a highly efficient logistics system will help libraries upgrade their service capacity, and create core competitiveness. This paper briefly introduces the planning objectives, planning processes and planning content of logistics system in the library based on the theory of contemporary logistics management and the library practice.
