摘要
为确定新型振动时效技术的开发、推广价值和研究重点,本文在对传统热时效和振动时效工艺分别建立IPO(input-process-output)过程模型和清单分析表的基础上,利用列昂波特(L.B.Leopold)相互作用矩阵对两种工艺方法进行了环境影响的综合评价。结果表明,振动时效工艺的环境影响综合评分值为3.80,优于热时效的环境影响综合评分值(4.35);振动时效工艺相对热时效工艺在减少资源消耗和大气污染的环境指标中占绝对优势;导致振动时效环境影响综合评分值上升的关键因素是工艺过程中产生的振动噪声。
In order to define the development of new type vibratory stress relief technology,promotion value and the research focus, environment effects of traditional thermal ageing and vibratory stress relief(VSR) were assessed comprehensively with L. B. Leopold interactive matrix on the basis of respective Input-process-Output(IPO) model and detailed list analytical table. The results show that synthetic value of VSR is 3.80 which is better than 4.35 of the thermal ageing ; VSR has absolute advantages over thermal ageing in terms of reducing resource consumption and air pollution ;while the factor causing the assessment value up of VSR is the vibration noise produced in the process.
