摘要
研究了铝()在乳状液膜分离体系中的迁移行为.确立了最佳迁移条件:制乳搅拌速度2400 r/min,制乳时间10 min,乳液与外相溶液混合时间15 min,乳水比0.4,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)浓度4.5%,span80和液体石蜡浓度均为7.9%,内相和外相HCl浓度分别为1.0 mol/L和3.0 mol/L.在此条件下,铝()的迁移率达90%以上.
The transfer behavior of aluminium( Ⅲ ) through the following emulsion liquid membrane system was studied. The optimum conditions established were as follow: The stirring speed for emulsification was 2 400 r/min, the emulsifing time was 10 min, the mixing time of the emulsion and external phase solution was 15 min, the ratio of emulsion to water was 0. 4, the concentrations of tributylphosphate(TBP) was 4. 5 %, span80 and paraffin were both 7. 9 % and HC1 in the internal and external phases were 1.0 mol/L and 3.0 mol/L respectively. Under the conditions, the transfer of aluminium( Ⅲ ) was 〉 90%.
