摘要
引入超声分散辅助技术合成了红色长余辉磷光体CaTiO3∶Pr3+.通过X-射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对其晶体结构和形貌进行分析表征;采用屏幕亮度计和荧光/磷光发光分光光度计测试其发光特性.结果表明:Pr3+掺杂量为0.05%(摩尔分数),在900℃下煅烧6 h得到的样品发光特性最佳.与水浴混合相比,超声分散技术可使混合物在较短时间内混合均匀并可以显著提高磷光体的发光性能.
Pr^3+-doped CaTiO3 phosphor is synthesized by assisted ultrasonic dispersal technique. The crystalline phase and surface morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction study and transmission electron microscopopy. The luminescence properties of the phosphor were determined by means of brightness meter and luminescence spectrometer. The phosphor prepared at a temperature of 900 ;C for 6 h with 0. 05 % (molar fraction) doping level of Pr^3+ has excellent luminuscence properties. Compared with mixing in water bath, the technique has the advantage of more homogeneous mixing in a shorter time and improves the luminescence properties of the product remarkably.
