文章通过分析民族地区高校校园文化的特性和现状,论述了高校校园文化建设的重要意义。指出加强民族地区高校校园文化建设,对于提升民族地区高校的管理水平和教育质量;对于协调民族地区高校内部的民族关系,促进民族团结;对于增强民族地区高校的凝聚力和内驱力,提升各民族学生对多元文化环境的适应能力;对于民族地区"贫困文化"的改造,实现经济社会的跨越式发展发挥着极其重要的作用。
The paper, on the basis of analyzing the feature and the current status of campus culture, points out the importance of the construction of the nationalities university. Owing to many factors, the situation of the construction of campus culture of the nationalities university is not optimistic. The enhancement of construction of campus culture of the nationalities university is very important to the development of university and the improvement of economy and society in nationality region.
