摘要
柳州市洪水预警预报系统(简称"柳洪系统")是广西水文系统兴建的第一个洪水预警预报系统,河池分中心是柳洪系统的重要组成部份,通过对河池分中心水情自动测报系统建设、维护和管理实践的介绍,对需要改进内容的分析,提出了对今后兴建的洪水预警预报系建管结合模式的初步构想,以期建立测报系统科学运行、维护、管理、发展的机制,使其能够发挥更大的防洪减灾效益。
Liuzhou flood early-warning and forecasting system is the first one set up in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, Hechi sub-center is the important component. By representation on system construction, maintenance and management of automatic system for hydrological data acquisition & transmission of Hechi sub-center, as well as analysis on areas that need to be improved, preliminary conception of construction and management mode for constructing flood early-warning & forecasting systems in future is put forward in the hope of building up mechanisms for scientific operation, maintenance, management and development of the system to make the system provide more flood control and disaster reduction benefits.
