摘要
荆门市小型病险水库量大,因溢洪道建设滞后引起病险的占33.2%,扩挖溢洪道成为全市小型水库除险加固的突破口。荆门市通过强化组织领导、强化工程设计、强化资金管理、强化建设监理、强化验收结账、强化档案管理等工作措施,推进扩挖工程展开,保障水库安全。
There are a number of defective small reservoirs in the Jingmen City, and about 33.2% are caused by spill- way construction, therefore expansion dredging of spillway is highlighted in strengthening of small reservoirs. Effective measures of strengthening leadership, project design, funds management, construction and supervision, check and acceptance and file recording are conducted in spillway expansion project, so as to ensure reservoir safety.
