摘要
作者通过28只犬观察了急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)时血液凝血象变化,发现在诱发犬的ANP后出现血小板、纤维蛋白原及凝血因子的消耗及纤溶激活。作者认为ANP时胰酶及毒性产物的大量入血,激活了凝血纤溶系统,是导致胰腺微循环中血栓形成的重要原因之一,在ANP病变恶化过程中占有一定地位。
Alterations of coagulation functions in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP) had been studied in 28 dogs. The results showed that after the induction of ANP, the consumption of platelets, fibrinogen and coagulation factors and the activation of fibrinolysis were observed. The authors suggest-ed that during the early stage of ANP, pancreatic enzymes and toxic products enter-ed the systemic circulation and contri-buted the activation of coagulation and fibrinolysis system, which was one of the causative factors of microcirculation thrombosis and may play a role on pathogenesis in ANP.
