人本管理的理念是高校科研管理工作的出发点和归宿,在高校科研管理中应当坚持以人文本,贯彻人本管理理念,同时建立激励机制、民主决策机制、评价机制,注重科研文化建设。
The idea of human-based management is considered as a starting point and a final settling place. In terms of the management of scientific research in universities, universities should stick to implementing the idea of human-based management, establishing the systems of inspirit and democratic decision-making and evaluation, when paying attention to the construction of scientific research culture.
