河南省加工贸易的发展现状与对策研究

Development Status Quo and Countermeasure Research of Processing Trade in Henan Province

目前，人民币升值，欧盟和美国对我国连续制造反倾销、反补贴等贸易壁垒，国内加工贸易优惠政策的减少，使我国加工出口企业面临强大的生存危机，由于河南的加工贸易起步晚，规模小，发展慢，因此如何发展加工贸易，提高对外开放水平，增大外商投资规模和贸易出口规模，改善产业结构，增加附加值，提高产品的竞争力，成为加工贸易梯度转移重点承接地，是我省需要积极研究的问题。

At present, the RMB revaluation, trade protectionism made continuously by European Union and the US such as rebellion dumping and counter-subsidy, the domestic processing trade preferential policy＇s reduction, cause formidable survival crisis to our country export processing enterprise. Base on the status quo of Henan＇s processing trade, how to develop the processing trade, raise the level of opening up, increase the foreign merchant investment and the trade export, improve the industrial structure, increase the added value, enhance the competitive of products and become the emphasis gradient shift contract place of processing trade are the problems which Henan province needs to study positively.
