摘要
本文通过对城市土地资源经营管理体制问题的分析，从政企分开和产权分解的角度提出了问题的解决途径，并对城市土地资源经营管理体制进行了构建。
Bases on analysis on the operation and management system of urban land resources, this paper brings forward the solving ways from the view of administration and enterprises discerption and property rights decomposition, and makes up the operation and management system of urban land resources.
