系统性硬皮病并发急性肾功衰报告甚少。本文报告1例,其皮肤症状为潮红、水肿和硬化,发病9个月之后出现硬皮病肾性高血压和氮质血症,经皮质激素治疗无效。本文讨论了诊治意见。

Systemic scleroderma associated with acute renal failure reported rarely. We found a case. The symptom of the skin showed scarlet, swollen and sclerosis in this patient. The renal hypertensive of scleroderma occured with azotemia ofter 0 months. The treatment with corticosteroid was no effect to the patient. The diagnesis and the treatment was discussed.
