1995～1996年我院细菌耐药性变迁与抗菌药物使用相关性分析

Bacterial resistance change and relative antimicrobial agents during 1995～1996

对１９９５～１９９６两年间我院细菌耐药性的变迁和抗菌药物使用情况的相关性作了分析，结果发现在这两年度中引起临床感染性疾病的细菌以革兰氏阴性菌为多，而细菌耐药性没有显著性的变化。对抗菌药物使用情况分析后，认为抗菌药物使用情况的变化受经济因素干扰较大，没有一定的规律性。

This paper investigated the bacterial resistance change and analyzed the relationship of antimicrobial agents application during 1995～1996. The results showed most infectious diseases induced by gram positive bacteria and without signiflcant change for bacterial resistance. After analysis for application of antimicrobial agents during 1995 and 1996, economical factors were interfered with drug usage and without order.
