复发性大肠癌再次手术有关问题探讨——(附34例临床分析)

Analysis of Reasons for Patients Undergoing "Second-look" Operation after Colectomy when Patienis with Relapsed Colorectal Cancer

从1974.1.～1989. 12.在三所医院合计400例大肠癌病人中,我们对34例大肠癌术后复发的病人进行了再次手术(占8.5％),切除22例,(切除率为64.6％)。较其他报道略高〔1〕。因此,研究大肠癌术后复发的再手术,在临床上具有较大意义,现结合文献资料,对此问题进行初步分析。

From 1974. 1. to 1989. 12. Colectomy was performed in 400 cases of colorectal cancer. In the 400 cases, 34 patients(account for 8.5%) had received a“Second-look”operation after colectomy. In the 34 Cases, 22 Patients(account for 64.6%) had their second resections, a rate(50%) higher than other reports. So that, further in vestigation on patients undergoing“second-look”operation after colectomy when patients with relapsed colorectal cancer was of great importance. A pneliminary analysis of the problem was given.
