摘要
介绍了在PDP生产中电极缺陷识别设备的总体设计。数据的采集和传输以DE2-70开发板为基础,实验中用的光电传感器选用的是TOSHIBA公司的线阵CCD芯片TCD1703C。整个系统共三个部分:光学成像部分、机械运动部分和数据采集部分。着重介绍了光学成像部分和数据采集部分。数据采集传输部分采用基于ISP1362的USB2.0接口。
This paper introduced the whole design of the pole defect recognizing equipment in the PDP production. Data collecting and transferring were based on development and education board DE2-70. The CCD TCD1703C of TOSHIBA company is the photoelectric transducer used in the experiment. There were three parts in the system, optic imaging part, mechanical movement part and data collecting part. The paper introduced optic imaging part and data collecting part mostly. The data collecting and transferring part use USB2.0 interface based on ISP1362.
