摘要
介绍了汽车转向器全自动校直机的组成,采用最小二乘法对齿条的直线度误差进行评定,建立了直线度误差的数学模型;研制了全自动校直机测控系统,并用于轻型汽车和轿车转向器齿条的检测和校直.结果表明,利用该系统对齿条直线度进行检测和处理具有速度快、精度高等特点.
The paper discusses the mechanism of an automatic straightening machine. The straightness error of the rack is evaluated by the least square method, and the straightness error mathematics model is built. Then the measuring and controlling system of redirector rack automatic straightening machine is developed. It is proved that the system has the features of rapidness and high precision after using the machine to measure and straighten light vehicle and car redirector racks.
