普鲁卡因及硫喷妥钠对兔气管平滑肌的影响

Effects or Procaine and Pentothal Sodium on Rabbit Tracheal Smooth Muscle

用电场刺激方法,研究了普鲁卡因及硫喷妥钠对12只成年健康兔气管平滑肌的影响进行了研究。结果表明,普鲁卡因可抑制气管平滑肌对电场刺激的反应,提示此药为哮喘病人优选药物,静脉普鲁卡因全麻有利于气道扩张;硫喷妥钠对气道平滑肌无直接影响。

The effects of procaine and pentothal sodium on tracheal smooth muscle in 12 healthy adult rabbits were investigated in vitro by means of field electrical stimulation. The results showed that, procaine may inhibit the amplitude of the smooth muscle contractions by electrical stimulation indicating that the procaine intravenous anesthesia may be choosen of priority in patient wish asthma.
