摘要 针对中国加油站分布广,加油机等设备的通信协议不统一,难于对加油站设备实现集成监控管理等问题,提出了以MOXA公司的UC7420嵌入式控制器来实现不同加油站设备与IFSF协议进行转换、进而能够对加油站设备进行统一监控和管理的解决方案,阐明了如何用嵌入式控制器实现通信协议转换,并用C语言编写协议转换程序来实现下位机与上位机监控系统通信,详细介绍了协议转换原理、通信系统的硬件构成及软件设计方法. The paper aims at the existing problems such as wide distributing of gas stations in China with their own communication protocols, and it is difficult to realize system integration of control and management for gas station devices and so on., this paper selects MOXA UC-7420 embedded controller used to convert different types of communication protocols to IFSF protocol, so the gas station devices can be easily controlled and managed. In addition, the protocol conversion program written by C language to implement communication between the gas station devices and the monitoring system of host computer is proposed. The principle of protocol conversion, hardware composition and software implementation of communication system are also introduced. The method has been proven by tests to be of high reliability, high efficiency, and excellent real time performance.
